Guys, I made a short vid on the basics of VE table adjustments.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you

Hi Eric,

Just wanted to say thank you for the video, very informative, never had any idea how or what to tweak in the VE table.

Currently no, not within the PLC software. However, there is a way to load up the calibration file into Tunerpro and edit it that way (if you are familiar with Tunerpro, www.tunerpro.net).
You have to save the tune using the Download button on the Tune page.
Then you can open that file with Tunerpro using this definition file: www.turbotweaksupport.com/files/plpro.019.xdf (updated 9-23-18)

You edit multiple cells that way. Then save the bin file, and reload it back into the powerlogger using the Upload button on the tune page.

Eric, my xdf file is named "plpro13". but even that needs updating to include all the new changes that have been made over the last few months.

But....being an idiot, I haven't figured out how to tweak multiple cells in TunerPro. Can you help on that?

I think I may have it figured out. With a table open (in tuner pro) I use the multiply function, highlight the cell/cells I wish to change, and enter a multiply value; For example if I wish to change a ve value/s by a certain percentage, I enter a multiply value of 1.xx. Where xx is the percentage I wish to change by.
1.10 being +10%, 1.05 being +5% and so on and so on.

So, thought I would put a - in front of the 1.10 multiply function to see if it would subtract 10%. Nope, it multiplied in positive direction but changed the whole cell value to a negative.

Next I kept the 1.1 value in but selected divide. It subtracted from the base value, but not quite 10%, so I'm stumped.

Not sure how to use the smooth function though.

Any more details on how to upload a tune into tunerpro for a total non computer person? The XDF file linked doesn't go anywhere. Is this still the only way to change a large amount of VE table with a couple key strokes? Im used to HPtuners so that would be really nice to have.

Right click on the xdf link and press "save link as", then save in your Documents/Tunerpro files/bin definitions folder. (assuming you installed tunerpro)

You save your SD2 tune by using the "dnld/save file" button on the tune page in PLC. You need to be connected to the powerlogger. Name it. It will saved as a .bin file.

In tunerpro, select the xdf using the xdf menu at the top, then under the file menu, use "open bin" and navigate to wherever you saved your tune and select it.

You should be able to look at the various tune parameters and make changes. Learning how to use tunerpro is a learning curve also.

There is no other way to change multiple cells in the tables.

Thank you for the reply Eric! When I right click and try to save the link as it says the XDF file "failed-no file" Is that something on my end? Thanks again.
