SD2 Chip PL 2.68 Can't Enable Tune

Tomorrow while the wife is cooking I'm heading to the garage. Checking any possible vacuum leaks. If that's not it I'm putting the 83's back in with the SD2

I put the 83's back in and there's Zero miss or Popping.. E85 fuel. It runs great! Just needs tuning but this was only a test to see if there was an issue with the 160 lb injectors.

I know this is an old post but I had the same problem with a dead cylinder. 160lb injectors. Checked the signal to the injector. Good. Pulled injector and had it tested. Good. Changed plugs and checked spark plug wire. Good. Fuel pressure set @ 38lbs. Upped pressure to 47-50 lbs and problem went away. Needed more fuel pressure across the injector.
