SD2 Chip PL 2.68 Can't Enable Tune

I just installed new 160lb Inj, pulled the SD1 chip out, re-flashed the PL with updated 2.68 drivers then installed SD2. PL wont allow me to Enable Tune. Car wont start. I noticed on all parameters 1-16 are 0 not 128. Before starting I turned #16 - 1

You reflashed the PL board with the PL052 file, and replaced your old PLC.exe file with the newer 2.6.8 version? If so, it should be working.

In that log, it looks like the MAP reading is not right. You're only showing like 3 to 5 inches of vacuum. What MAP sensor are you using, a 3 bar? The injector pulsewidth is way too high for idle because the MAP reading is too high.

It's a 3bar map but noticed today I have a couple vacuum leaks from the rubber lines coming off the block above the throttle body. ‍

I just buttoned up some vacuum leaks at the vacuum block and I'm still having the same problem ‍♂️ MAP is a GM 12223861

Many of your readings are all over the place. I'm not sure if your powerlogger board is bad, or maybe a bad connection between the powerlogger and ECM, or some kind of electrical interference. You're not using non-resistor plugs are you?

What things do you have connected to the powerlogger input board?

Here you can see as soon as you started the car, the MAP and TPS readings are really jumpy. Those are both 5v sensors. Might want to check wiring and grounds.

Ok. Also, if you save the log before you turn off the key, it will save the tune into the log file so I can see it. Those logs you sent didn't have the tune included in them.

Alright so I converted everything back to the SD2 and 160's and put in a tune. It started right up but then felt a miss. Error code 42 popped up.

For the miss, if you had E85 in those injectors, make sure one of them isn't stuck closed. Sometime you can tap on it while idling to unstick it if necessary.

On the code 42, you might try unplugging the ECM from the car's connectors, then plug it back in (to get a better connection). Then also unplug the chip and put it back in. If code 42 keeps showing up, I can check out the chip.

I would set the idle AFR target (param 2) to 12.0 for now until you get things smoothed out. You currently have it at 13.5, but you most likely won't be able idle there with the 160's. Around 12.0-12.5 is more common. Lower fuel pressure will help there, around 38psi.

I've never had E85 in them until today so we should be good.

Ok I'll try the unplugging of the ECM / Chip in the AM

Car seams to idle great except for the small miss hiccup. New Plugs gap 28

Thank you Eric!!!
