real-time clock on snooze

I have a real-time clock that's taking a nap. I'm guessing it needs a new battery or maybe just a wiggle? Is it easy to get at?

Yes the battery probably needs changed. It's a CR1220, watch style battery, pretty commonly available. It's on the top board, near the SD card.
It just pushes in and out. Need a small tool to push it out.
