Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
I noticed that when I connect the PL to my laptop the PL numbers jump around like crazy. Does anyoneknow the cause of this....the car drives normal with no issues

All the numbers, or just a select few

All numbers jump like crazy...and there are like 50 codes However the check engine is not illuminated. Im thinking a bad connection
Thoughts???

Classic symptom of a poor connection where PL is mated to the ECM.

I will reseat it later this week. Should I use anything on the connections??

Don't really need anything on the connection. Just have to make sure it's perfectly cleaned off. And make sure the PL isn't jammed on too hard.
