No signal to powerlogger

I ordered the wideband chip this summer and have hooked everything up with my AEM UEGO wideband (white wire to first position in powerlogger input block), but for some reason, my powerlogger is showing nothing for the AFR. I've set it to AEM 0/5, the volts always stay at 0. So, the gauge must not be sending an analog signal, right?

Could be the AEM is not sending a signal, also could be a bad connection between the input block and powerlogger (check cable).
If you have a voltmeter, you could check the signal from the AEM.
