No program?

I need some help. Took the car for a ride on Friday amd it ran pretty good. Been working on the tune a bit. Trying to track down another problem I'm having. I tried to start my Buick today and it wouldn't idle. Car died. Restarted, didn't want to idle and died. Restarted again and check engine light stayed on and idle was worse. Looked at AF and it was at 10.0. Way too rich. Car died once more. Took out the laptop to check all the #"s and saw that the 16 boxes with all the parameters was empty. Tried to inter the # into the boxes but went back to 0 . Thinking it was just a loose connection. Turned everything off, disconnected the batt, pulled the chip for the computer and re installed chip than connected batt. Nothing change. Still no program. Any thoughts?

If you go into monitor mode, key on/engine off, does it connect and show other data properly? Like will the TPS increase if you press on the pedal? Does it show coolant, etc?

This is what I got which is more than I had this morning. What I hit the gas the tps doesn't move. Temp. Volts, AFR all move.

I would remove the PL board from the ECM and clean the edge connector again. Reinstall and try again. If that doesn't work, then I might need to check out your PL board.
