Need new updated chip

Hi eric, I have a Maxeffort 16 pos with wide band corection chip and the number is co34ea-45vil,82ctfl. Car idles rich at 11 afr. cannot lean it down anymore without engine stalling. Chip is for 96 lb injectors 3 bolt 88 turbo 400 trans. need 24 and 27 deg timing. I think Steve Y pulled timing out on spool up to 18 deg and the motor will not spool by doing so. Just need 24 and 27 straight timing with lots of fuel.
