drive idle and off idle settings

What is the difference between drive idle and off idle adjustments? I am running rich in slow traffic, but am lean at the top end of 0-1900 map gain.

Park and Drive fuel are only active when your foot is off the gas completely. As soon as you touch the gas, the base fuel control switches to the off-idle adjustment. You might be able to reduce the off-idle a tad to lean out the low rpm area, as long as it doesn't cause a tip-in stumble.

Ok, when I am moving at about 20-30mph and don't have my foot on the gas, what is the computer reading from? is this drive idle or off idle?

Drive idle will definitely have an effect, and i believe 0-1900 MAP gain will also afffect it.
