Bluetooth No Longer Connecting

The bluetooth connection between my laptop and scanmaster gauge has worked fine in the past but just stopped connecting yesterday. Error message popped-up “version mismatch error reflash powerlogger.” I did a reflash with the same PL053.s19 but it still doesn't work. All the drivers look correct and the properties state "this device is working properly." On my laptop bluetooth settings screen it does show "scanmaster" as paired. I have tried disconnecting and pair a new device. Only the first time it pairs it states "connecting..." for one second than back to "paired." When I connect laptop via USB cable to the powerlogger connector everything works perfectly.

Using:
Windows 10
Powerlogger hardware newest version (green board)
Powerlogger version 5.3 shows on gauge during startup
PLC v2.7.1
