Eric, I hope I am putting this in the right place, I am not sure where to go with this, I can move this thread if you would prefer it somewhere else.
I have the W/B grounded to the ECM case.
The car (#project84foria) 1984 Grand National, has an AXiS with proper chip, and Siemans 60lb injector combo from here. I have removed ALL timing from the HIGH adjustment, and ALL fuel from the AXiS. The Headers and DP are wrapped, it has plenty of cooling with a Flowkooler pump and Coldcase Rad, and a 160 degree thermostat. I am having some issues with a "lazy" sender as it will not kick the relay over. so the system was hot wired for these logs. A friend suggested that it could be injectors or an injector issue or possibly chip.
The heads are freshly ported and rebuilt, the intake is also ported it has a bigger billet bell connection, and a TA33 turbo w/RJC boost controller, the Dp is 2.5". I smoked the exhaust to look for leaks and found none. I also smoked the intake and found the butterfly seeping a tiny bit. I have NOT smoked the block case.
Plug wires and Plugs are new. NGK UR5.
I do hear what sounds like an exhaust leak on the passenger side but could not find it. Do you think it could it be a bad lifter and would that cause knock? It has a flat tappet 202-210 FTap cam in it.
I put the thread here due to the rich reading that the AEM is showing.
