Too Rich

Having a problem with my car running too rich over all. Not wide open, just driving around town. Also if anyone has a copy of instruction for a 11.83 they could send me a would appreciate it. I lost mine.

I emailed you the instructions.

Start with tuning the idle fuel, as that will affect the rest of it also.
