Reflash update not working

When using the reflash application to update powerlogger everything was going fine until it stalled out at 74% complete. Tried redoing the update and now PL won't update. Scanmaster G shows connecting the data briefly then resets to connecting. The reflash screen on laptop then abruptly closes.

How do I fix this issue?

It sounds like it was corrupted during the update process. I think it may need to be sent in.
