Does this system require free air calibrations or any other type of regular maintenance or calibrations?

No, no user calibration. As far as any other maintenance, you'll have to change the sensor once in a while. How long it lasts will vary from car to car, and how the car is used. Some cars that do a lot of racing might need to change it every year. Others have had the same sensor for several years.

If i buy the one that does NOT have a Gauge WOULD i be able to ADD one to it later on?
