PLX Wideband Issues

I have a PLX Wideband hooked up with my Powerlogger, SD chip, and ScanMaster G setup, and I can’t get it to show my wideband numbers on the Scanmaster gauge and it shows 19 on my powerlogger .
I need some ideas don’t know what’s going on.

How exactly is the wideband wired up? Sounds like its not wire right.
Did you set the option to show wideband on the scanmaster in the powerlogger software?

The grey wire look correct. Also make sure the ground wire is connected to the engine block, not to a chassis ground (body).

If you just turn the key on, the PLX will warm up and see the air, which will be full lean (around 18-20 afr), so what you're seeing might be normal if you are not starting the engine.
