ME-R lean at light cruise, rich up top.

I have the idle dialed in (P and D) and tip in seems to be ok. Under very light throttle cruising at about 1800rpm or so (25-30mph) it is very lean, any throttle gets everything back in line.
Also at WOT on the leanest setting, afr is 9:1 on the wideband. Running the car at low boost (10psi so far) and no alky yet.
Will installing a wideband permanently with correction enabled get the car lean enough up top?
I used this chip with my car and it worked great, but the 2nd car still has a stock intercooler and exhaust/downpipe (so far) where mine breathed a lot easier.
The cars combo is:
109 stock rebuild
Ported heads/intake/elbow
75lb Siemens
61bb Turbonetics
ME-R 27/25
Thanks!

You probably need to play with the 0-1900rpm map gain for that lean spot.

For WOT, you won't be able to get it lean enough for only 10psi boost. The wideband correction won't be able to pull enough fuel.

Teh engine ran fine at half throttle but would drown itself in fuel at WOT. Tried multiple widebands, same result. Gave the car back to the owner very briefly and he held it WOT for too long.....melted #6 piston. All the plugs were soaked in fuel.
Pulled as much fuel out of it as I could prior as it worked great in my car with the stroker motor and bigger turbo.
Can I send you the ecm/me-r and injectors to double check everything, or just reburn the chip with less fuel?

Are you sure the wideband was connected correctly, and did you watch the correction to see if it was operating? Any logs?
The lowest setting (#1) on that chip is only around 45% duty cycle, not much more flow that stock injectors. So we can't really go much leaner.

I can check it out if you want. I don't have the 75's in my car so I can't actually run it though.

I did check the wideband and it was trying to pull out 10 % fuel. Tried another sensor as well, same results. No logs at this time but do remember duty cycle being in the 40's with the setting on 1 for wot fuel.
