Eric, do I need chip reprogrammed?

I have a maffless Maxeffort chip. I recently put methanol injection on the car and cannot get it leaner than high 10's AFR.
I am running on postion 1 at 22 lbs of boost. I also removed the Caspers volt booster and that helped some. I have 83lb injectors with a TE45a turbo. What are your thoughts?
