Cross Counts stuck at 128

Eric, fighting a lean issue that has just started. The cross counts for the o2 don't move off 128. Never moves no mater what condition in closed loop at idle or cruising. Fuel system and pressures seem to be working and correct. I put my foot into it cruising and the o2 goes from .900's to .080's and it pops and sputters and won't rev over 2500rpm. Fuel pump is on and seems to be working, I have rock solid fuel pressure just cruising and it does rise when I step into it, but then I encounter the above issue. I can only assume that the o2 is bad with the cross counts being "stuck". I did run some octane booster in it when we were working on the issues I had early on with the 93 chip, so it could be junk I guess. Lemme know what you think.
Thanks, Jeremy.

Eric, I got my answer after digging around on the net. You use that signal for w/b. I replaced the o2 anyway to be safe. No change. Back to the fuel system I guess.
