30-0300 "SEnS" error on gauge

After 3 Summer's of flawless performance, maybe 1000 miles total, I'm getting this all of the sudden. Manual doesn't say much, just refers to sensor not being connected.
What could have come disconnected? Anyone ever seen this unexpectedly before?
Looking for suggestions on an efficient place to begin searching without tearing everything apart.
Powerlogger shows no reading....just stays at 8.5 I think...
Thank you, Joed

I know it shows that if the sensor is disconnected, so maybe there is a bad connection, or bad sensor. Other than that, I'm not sure.

thanks Eric will dig in more this weekend. I'll reset so not using it for now...but what happens when running 6.1 and this issue occurs? PL is reading 8.5, is it pulling fuel to try to achieve 11 ish setpoint for AFR? Or is there some other mechanism at work?

If the computer is seeing 8.5 AFR, then it will pull fuel to try to fix it, so that is a problem. You'll definitely want to turn off closed loop correction (set params 1,2,3 to 9.9), but make sure you set the base WOT fuel so you are good on fuel.

Ok, checked all of the wiring I could see easily, under dash and under car, all looked fine. Replaced with new Bosch 17025 sensor, that did the trick. Been reading about reliability (or lack of it) of these sensors. Fingers crossed.
Out of curiosity I'm wondering if the SEnS error could be a just a heater failure or is it related to the actual oxy sensor loop only? I drove the car a couple of time, got it all warmed it up but the readings never came back with the original sensor unit. Sent a tech question about showing the "SEnS" code to AEM, their response wasn't much help.
